Absolutely. All new pool tables are custom-made to order, and you can choose from a wide selection of finishes and cloth colours to match your space and style.


3. Do you offer delivery and installation?

Yes, we provide UK-wide delivery and professional installation services. You can choose from Delivery Only or our full Delivery & Installation option, depending on your needs.


4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times can vary based on whether you’re ordering a new made-to-order table or a reconditioned table in stock. We will provide an estimated delivery window at the time of purchase.


5. What if my pool table arrives damaged or faulty?

We ask all customers to inspect their table upon delivery. If any damage or fault is found, please notify the delivery team immediately and contact us via email within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


6. Do you accept returns on pool tables?

We operate a No Returns Policy on all pool tables due to their bespoke and heavy nature. However, in the case of damage or delivery error, we will replace or refund the item as necessary.


7. Do you offer pool table recovering services?

Yes, we provide professional recovering services for 6ft and 7ft UK slate bed pool tables. Get in touch to book your table recovery or for a quote.


8. Do you sell pool table accessories?

We currently offer a small range of pool table accessories, including cues, balls, and covers. We’re planning to expand our accessory range in the near future.
